König stempel: JR (I think Johann 1854-1873)
Truppenstempen
19.H.4.147 (Husaren Regiment 19 = Sächsische Husaren Regiment nr2)
Schwadron 4, waffen 147

This number is exactly situated on the false edges back.
There you can find two numbers or digits (marks the year),
for exemple "74" for the year 1874,
with two capital letter for the kings cipher,
for example "IR" for Johann Rex (king of saxony).
To top it all you find a crown.

changed:
1822 in to "2. Leichtes-Reiter-Regiment"
changed:
1849 in to "2. Reiter-Regiment"
changed:
1875 in to " 2. Husaren-Regiment No. 19"
1902 until 1907 as
"2. Husaren-Regiment Königin Carola No. 19"
1908 until 1918
" 2. Husaren-Regiment No. 19"

Can you say me if this sword was still used by 19 HR in 1914
or was replaced by M 1889 prussian style ?

Sure I can,

This sword was coverted in 1884 (new blade)
and replaced in the 1893'is by model '92
(the saxon version from the prussian model '89, added with saxon coat of arms on the hilts basket).
